ADELL TRADING a.s. was founded in 2005 under the original name APEX TRADING a.s.

In 2011 it was renamed to its current name.

As part of the corporate restructuring in 2023, Adell Holding a.s. became its owner, with Mr. Petr Zámečník remaining its sole shareholder.

In addition to its business activities, ADELL TRADING a.s. is engaged in the development and delivery of custom software, real estate investments and the search for promising startups, especially in the field of modern technologies. The company closely cooperates with leading online game operators in the country and abroad in its activities under the ADELL Games brand.

The company was founded under the name Apex Trading a.s. and was engaged in trading with video lottery terminals in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
January 2009
Petr Zámečník becomes the sole owner of Apex Trading a.s.
January 2010
Established Weston Investments a.s., which deals with the rental of real estate, non-residential premises and hotel services.
February 2011
The company NEXT DATA s.r.o. was founded to develop software and hardware for the gaming industry.
November 2011
The company was renamed ADELL TRADING a.s. It continues to trade in video lottery terminals now under the ADELL brand.
November 2011
It stops distributing Apex products and renames the company Apex Trading a.s. to Adell Trading a.s., which is engaged in trading with video lottery terminals of the new ADELL brand in the Czech Republic.
February 2012
The company Adell SK s.r.o. was established, which becomes the distributor of the VLT brand ADELL in Slovakia. At the same time, the company enters the Polish market with the distribution of ADELL VLTs.
April 2012
The company Zimní stadion UH s.r.o. was founded, which is an operator of commercial and accommodation capacities.
January 2016
The company W23 a.s. was established and became the owner of the building at Washingtonova 23, Prague 1. Extensive reconstruction of the building and its conversion into a hotel was started.
November 2017
Opening of the MeetMe23 hotel at Washingtonova 23, Praha1.
January 2019
ADELL TRADING a.s. enters the online gaming market and gradually becomes a supplier of games for major operators in the Czech Republic.
January 2020
The company enters the Slovak market.

The company enters the Polish market.

The company Reality Rochus SE was founded, which focuses on the purchase of attractive land in the locality of Uherské Hradiště and on the construction of development projects.
May 2023
Establishment of Adell Holding a.s., which becomes the owner of all companies as part of the restructuring.

Reality Rochus SE is launching the Nové Jaktáře development project.
October 2024
Expansion into other international markets continues. Collaboration and BMM certification for gaming activities in South Africa has been initiated and completed.

Cooperation with operators in Latvia has begun.

Launched GLI certification for all other global overseas markets.
